Alissa’s love affair with massage therapy began in 2003 with a first class in anatomy at massage school.  She quickly developed a sense of respect & awe at how beautifully complicated we are.  Alissa approach her work feeling this way.  Over the years she has worked with a variety of clients in many settings including clinic, home visits, day spas & hospitals.  Alissa has a lot of experience in pregnancy massage, stress & chronic pain management & acute injury care. A treatment with Alissa may include deep tissue massage, dry needling, cupping, kinesio taping, lifestyle suggestions & sometimes a bit of a laugh (as required).
