Our team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, remedial therapists and fitness trainer are highly trained clinicians who quickly and effectively treat a wide range of conditions such as spinal/back pain, neurological conditions, sports injuries, work related complaints or injuries from car accidents.

We believe that pain should not be kept waiting and aim to see new patients within 48hours. We can even treat you at the clinic or in the comfort of your home. Treatments are available from 8am.

Physiotherapy extends from health promotion to injury prevention, acute care, rehabilitation, maintenance of functional mobility, chronic disease management and patient education. Our clinic has excellent rehabilitation facilities and provides musculoskeletal and neurological assessments/treatment to clients with a variety of abilities.

Exercise Physiology

Exercise physiologists design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people who have acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries and disabilities. These interventions include health and physical activity education, advice and support, and lifestyle modification with a strong focus on achieving behavioural change. Spinal strengthening and hip/knee osteo arthritis classes available.

Remedial Therapy

Remedial Massage Therapists use specific techniques to address individual’s injury, postural, joint or soft tissues issues, improve circulation, release muscle tension & help to reduce pain. Our therapists designs individual treatment plans for each client.

Aquatic therapy can help relieve pain, promote relaxation, mobilise joints, strengthen muscles, develop balance and coordination, and improve general fitness. An aquatic program is often a stepping stone for patients to progress onto gym or land based exercise programs. The rehabilitation program can also include appropriate exercises to maintain fitness, while recovering from sports injuries or orthopaedic surgery. Learn more

Oncology Massage

Oncology Massage is a very gentle massage technique which has been adapted to an individual with, or has a history of cancer. It can help decrease fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, lymphedema and pain which clients may experience during chemotherapy or radiation therapy. A decrease in these stressors will inadvertently help improve the immune system. This massage is also beneficial for anyone with a serious illness, as the gentle technique supports the healing process.
